Espresso Martini

A coffee cocktail that oozes elegance

PRINT THE RECIPE
DIFFICULTY
Medium
1984, London. A model walks into a bar and asks for a drink that will wake her up. This leads to the creation of the Espresso Martini, reinvented by the Lavazza Training Centre using a traditional Piedmontese liqueur: Frangelico.

PREPARATION

Cocktail

Make an espresso and add sugar. Place the ice, sweetened coffee, vodka and Frangelico in the shaker. Shake well and pour the contents into a martini glass.

COMPOSITION

Cut a Gianduiotto chocolate in half and then make an incision so that it can rest on the edge of the glass. You could also add some decorative coffee beans to the top of the drink.
