Iced Mocha

Satisfying iced coffee blended with chocolate and cream

Ever wondered how to make iced mocha? This decadent version is very easy to create. A heavenly swirl of cream, chocolate and fresh coffee, it’s ideal for enjoying in moments of relaxation, but is also surprisingly uplifting. Give in to temptation and enjoy this sweet, sumptuous drink.

Brew the coffee.
Put the ice in a cocktail glass and pour over the chilled chocolate mixed with 50 ml of milk.
Add the coffee and top up with whipped cream.

Hot chocolate
Bring 1 litre of milk to the boil.
Add the previously mixed cocoa powder and sugar.
Reduce the heat.
Leave to reduce for 10 minutes or more depending on the desired consistency.
Leave to cool.

For 1 serving

  • 50 ml (1.8 fl oz) coffee
  • 50 ml (1.8 fl oz) cold chocolate
  • Whipped cream
  • 6/7 ice cubes
  • 1 l (35.1 fl oz) milk
  • 175 g (6.2 oz) sugar
  • 140 g (4.9 oz) cocoa powder
