This coffee was originally drunk by sailors and fisherman in the port of Fano to warm themselves up and stay alert while working. It combines strength and sweetness, and is an excellent digestive after-dinner beverage or afternoon pick-me-up

PREPARATION
Pour brandy, anisette and rum into a punch glass together with the cane sugar and heat with the steam wand until the sugar has fully dissolved.
Dispense an espresso onto the surface and finish off with lemon zest.

We recommend preparing this recipe with espresso coffee.
