Stefano Vicina in the dining room, Claudio Vicina and his wife Anna in the kitchen: this is the close-knit Vicina team, which has inherited the values of four generations of restaurateurs. The trio first gained experience twenty years ago at the family-run restaurant in Borgofranco d’Ivrea. They moved to Turin in 2003, and in 2007 they joined the Eataly project along with Guido Alciati. Claudio speaks in everyone’s name. The hallmarks of their cuisine are painstakingly precise preparation, extremely “clean” flavours and a constant quest for perfection.
