Enrico Crippa’s career is a real success story. After working with some of the best chefs in Europe, including Michel Bras and Ferran Adrià, Enrico Crippa sharpened his skills in Japan, first with Gualtiero Marchesi at Kobe and then at the Rhiga Royal Hotel in Osaka. Once back in Italy, he started planning the Piazza Duomo, together with the Ceretto family, in 2003. The venture was another success, and in 2010 was crowned with a second Michelin star.
