Chef Alessandro Boglione

The historic castle of Cavour rises up majestically amid the beautiful hills of the Langa region. The restaurant not only serves the best in local cuisine but also offers international dishes made from top-quality, carefully-selected ingredients. Its creations include “foie gras, grape sauce and passion fruit sorbet” and “breaded asparagus with cold Parmesan and curry zabaglione”. Apart from the restaurant, which boasts a Michelin star, the castle is home to the regional wine house (Enoteca Regionale Piemontese Cavour) and two museums; one dedicated to Cavour and the other to folk culture (the Museo con cimeli cavouriani and the Museo Etnografico).
