WATCH THE VIDEO The video shows how to prepare a fresh and fruity summer filter coffee at home, using a Smeg coffee machine and Lavazza coffee. It begins with the selection of Lavazza coffee beans, which are then ground and inserted into the filter of the Smeg coffee machine. Then, a slow extraction begins, which is typical of filter coffee: the water falls gently into the grounds, releasing delicate aromas and a light acidity. In the video, shots alternate between the coffee machine dispensing, the filter straining, and the coffee dripping into the carafe or the cup. At the end, the resulting coffee is poured into a cup or a glass.
