To prepare the coffee ice cubes, take the ice moulds and pour in the coffee. It is important not to sweeten the coffee otherwise it will not freeze. Leave overnight to freeze.
Fill a 370ml glass with the coffee ice cubes and pour in 125ml of milk.
Brew the coffee using a moka pot.
Dissolve 1 full tablespoon of Vanilla syrup in 75ml of coffee. Pour it over the milk and the ice.
