Vanilla Iced Coffee

The vanilla syrup makes every sip a pleasure for the palate and the spirit. An out-of-the-ordinary coffee, with an international spirit.
Ingredients
Recipe for a 370 ml glass
  • Moka Pot
  • Ice moulds
  • 75ml of coffee using a moka pot
  • 125ml of whole milk
  • 15ml (approx. 1 tablespoon) of vanilla syrup
  • 6-8 coffee ice cubes (using a moka pot)
Preparation

Method

To prepare the coffee ice cubes, take the ice moulds and pour in the coffee. It is important not to sweeten the coffee otherwise it will not freeze. Leave overnight to freeze.

Fill a 370ml glass with the coffee ice cubes and pour in 125ml of milk.

Brew the coffee using a moka pot. 

Dissolve 1 full tablespoon of Vanilla syrup in 75ml of coffee. Pour it over the milk and the ice.

Presentation

Serve the Vanilla Iced Latte with a straw.
