Deliciously good

Making an Affogato is easy. But making a seriously good one takes little more and gives much more.

Ingredients

15g of iTierra! coffee 

100g of brewed water

Remeo Gelato (Stracciatella or Pistacchio flavour)

Preparation

Add the coffee to the filter basket of the Moka pot, tap to settle but don't tamp (press). Add 100g of hot filtered water to the bottom chamber, insert the filter basket and screw on the top section.

 

Heat on the stove on a medium/high heat until the coffee starts to appear in the upper chamber.

 

When coffee starts to 'spit' remove it from the heat.

 

Scoop 1 or 2 (or 3 if you're feeling indulgent) scoops of Remeo Stracciatella or Pistachio into a bowl or glass and pour over the fresh Moka coffee.
